Description of work:  

Prepare sanitation action plans for 30 municipalities of Bangladesh, as well as undertake technology demonstrations on faecal sludge management in selected municipalities.

Activities performed: As a key member of the consultant’s team, developed approach and methodology for collection of secondary and primary data from municipalities. Provided inputs for preparation of inception report, data collection and compilation. Prepared broad cost estimates and implementation strategies including development of business models for service delivery. Prepared pre-feasibility of different options for sanitation including faecal sludge management.
